What is Teletherapy?
Teletherapy is a communication of any type that occurs between the practitioner and the patient through a third party method such as telephone, email, texts, and other online videoconferencing services.


How do I get started?

CURRENT CLIENTS:


1. Make an appointment at 540-989-1383.  Let them know you want to make a Teletherapy appointment.


2. Complete Informed Consent form and return to totallifecounseling@yahoo.com



NEW CLIENTS- complete and return

1. New Patient Intake

2. Picture/copy of the front and back of your insurance card


3. Complete and return all forms to totallifecounseling@yahoo.com

All paperwork is required 24 hours before the appointment.  You can send it via email, fax or deliver to the office dropbox.



PAY YOUR COPAY 



For your Teletherapy session you will need one of these:
       A computer with a webcam and internet access, or
       A mobile device or tablet with a webcam and internet access.

What do I do at my appointment time?

Make sure device is fully charged

Click on counselor’s link 10 minutes before the appointment time.

Choose a private area in your home or office

Missed Appointments

Please login 10 minutes before your appointment time and wait for your therapist to connect with you. If you connect late (generally 15 minutes) you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, you must call at least 24 business hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows for appointments will be charged a fee of $55.
